Please note that this is how to wash my creations only! Please talk with your maker to find out how to wash your suit.
Heads
My heads should be hand washed!
Fill up a bathtub with cold water and add a small amount of gentle detergent. Woolite Delicates is commonly used and is highly recommended. Use a cloth to scrub fur in spots that are a bit dirty. DO NOT scrub vigorously, just scrub in the direction of the fur. You may get the head completely wet, just avoid the eyes, buckram can warp when wet and the paint can be ruined! Drain the soapy water and start getting out all of the soap you can out of the head. You may rinse or use a non-soapy rag. Squeeze out any water that may be trapped in the head such as the muzzle, ears, and cheeks. Make sure to rinse with non soapy water repeatedly, that way no residue is left on your suit. Brush the fur and sit your head in front of a fan for at least a day.
You may also use a Bissell Little Green carpet cleaner. This is by far the easiest method and it is easy to use. Make sure you buy the machine WITHOUT heat. You pour water and Woolite in one container and while you use the handheld brush hose, it sucks up the soap, water and dirt and transports it to another container. Same rule applies, make sure to rinse with non soapy water repeatedly, that way no residue is left on your suit. Leave out to dry in front of a fan and brush. This method also dried significantly faster.

Other Small Parts
YOU MAY MACHINE WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK! MAKE SURE YOU USE THE COLD WATER SETTING IF YOU PLAN TO DO SO! Anything warm or hot will completely damage the fur!
-I highly recommend using Woolite Delicates detergent on a delicates cycle, cold water, and low or no spin.
-Arm sleeves, leg sleeves, and bodysuits can be turned inside out and thrown into the machine.
-If you have a floor dragger tail, stuffing can be removed through zipper for an easy wash.
-For things that cannot be turned inside out; small tails, paws, neck rings and so on should be put into a pillow case and be tied off before going into the machine.
-Once washed you must AIR DRY! Putting anything in the dryer will also ruin the fur by heat! Brush every so often while air drying.
-Tails with attachments such as horns or feathers tend to be more fragile therefore hand washing would be preferred
- If other materials were used rather than my normal materials, please feel free to ask me what method is best for your suit
